    Zoning

Prior to beginning any construction within the Keller, it is important that residents consult with the Town Zoning Administrator to determine if the construction or planned project requires a zoning application or the completion of additional zoning paperwork through the County etc. Failure to submit the proper paperwork (i.e. permits) will result in the property owner being fined and or construction being suspended/removed.

    Business Licenses

Businesses located within Keller or people planning on opening businesses within Keller are required to complete a business license application. Ordinances restrict the types of businesses which can be operated in designated areas within the town due to the residential nature of the majority of Keller. Questions regarding whether your business is allowed in the location you wish to establish it need to be addressed to the Town Office prior to moving forward with your plans to open a business. Business licenses are issued routinely in March each year once they are granted. Business owners are responsible to renewing their yearly license prior to the end of March each year and notifying the Town office or any changes to their business operations which may impact their existing license.
